Every polo shirt we produce is custom-decorated and made to order to your approved artwork, sizes, and specifications. For that reason, all sales are final — we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Our production guarantee

We stand behind our work. If your order arrives defective or does not match the mockup you approved, we will remake or replace the affected items at no cost to you. This is a production guarantee, not a return policy — it covers our errors, not a change of mind or a sizing mistake made at order time.

Why we work this way

The free-mockup approval step exists precisely so you can confirm every detail — artwork, decoration method, colors, and sizes — before we produce anything. Because each order is decorated uniquely for your team, custom apparel cannot be restocked or resold, which is standard across the custom-apparel industry.

Reporting an issue

If something isn’t right, contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@customizedpoloshirts.com with your order details and photos, and we’ll make it right.
