Every order from Customized Polo Shirts is custom-decorated and made to order, so shipping works a little differently than an off-the-shelf apparel purchase. This policy explains our general approach. Specific timelines and costs are always confirmed on your individual quote.

Production & timelines

Production begins once you approve your mockup. Standard production typically takes about two weeks, and larger or multi-location programs may take a bit longer. These are estimates that vary by order size, decoration method, and current volume. Rush production may be available for firm launch or event deadlines — ask us for a target date and we’ll confirm what’s possible.

Shipping costs

Shipping is quoted per order based on quantity and destination and is typically added to your final invoice. We ship in bulk cases, which keeps freight costs reasonable even for larger team orders.

Delivery & tracking

Estimated transit times vary by destination and carrier and are not guaranteed. We provide tracking once your order ships. We ship nationwide across the United States, and internationally on request.

Multiple destinations

We can split a single order across multiple addresses or locations — provide a distribution list with your order.
