FAQ

Everything about ordering custom polo shirts — and if your question isn’t here, just call or text us.

Ordering

What’s the minimum order?
Our minimum is just 12 polos, and you can mix sizes freely within an order.
Is there a maximum order size?
No. We regularly produce runs into the hundreds and thousands for offices, schools, and multi-location clubs.
Can I order a sample before a bulk run?
Yes. We can produce a pre-production sample so you can approve the physical shirt before we run the full order — ask us for terms when you request your quote.
Can I mix products or styles in one order?
Yes. Combine styles — say a Classic Pique Polo for the office and a Performance Polo for outdoor staff — and the combined volume counts toward your price tier.
Can I reorder later and match my last batch?
Yes. We keep your artwork, sizes, and color specs on file, so reorders match your previous run exactly and move faster.

Design & Artwork

Do you charge for mockups?
No. Mockups are free with unlimited revisions until you approve. You only pay once the design is signed off and production begins.
What artwork files do you need?
Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF) are ideal. If you only have a photo or a PNG, our designers will recreate your logo embroidery- and print-ready at no charge.
I don’t have a logo — can you help?
Yes. Send a reference — a photo, a sketch, or even a description — and our designers will build print-ready artwork for you.
Can you match my brand (Pantone) colors?
Yes. We offer custom Pantone thread and ink matching so your polo shirts match your brand exactly.
Can you individually personalize each shirt?
Yes — send a spreadsheet of names or initials. This is popular for staff rosters and team programs; ask about setup for individual name embroidery.
How many revisions do I get?
Unlimited, and always free, until you approve the mockup.

Production & Shipping

How long does production take?
About two weeks from approved mockup for standard orders. Larger multi-location programs may take slightly longer.
Do you offer rush production?
Yes. Rush is available for firm launch or event deadlines — tell us your in-hands date and we’ll confirm what’s possible.
Where do you ship?
Nationwide across the U.S., and internationally on request. See our Shipping Policy for details.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is quoted with your order based on quantity and destination.
Can you ship to multiple addresses?
Yes. Provide a distribution list with your order and we’ll split the shipment across locations.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
We make it right. If an order arrives defective or does not match your approved mockup, we remake or replace the affected items.

Pricing & Payment

How much do custom polo shirts cost?
Bulk pricing is by quote and improves as the run grows — decoration method, stitch count, and quantity set the rate. Request a free quote for your exact spec.
Why don’t you list exact prices?
Price depends on quantity, product, and decoration method. A quote is the only accurate number — and we return one within a business day.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards, ACH bank transfer, and purchase orders for established organizations and institutions.
Do you offer a price-match or lowest-price guarantee?
Yes. If you have a comparable written quote, we’ll match or beat it — that’s our lowest-price guarantee.

Product & Care

What colors are available?
Navy, White, Black, Heather grey, and custom Pantone thread matching, across all five polo styles.
Is embroidery really permanent?
Yes. Embroidery is stitched directly into the fabric, so it won’t peel, crack, or fade the way a low-quality print can, and it holds up to hundreds of commercial wash cycles.
What are the shirts made of?
Cotton-pique knit for a classic, breathable feel, or a performance poly-blend micro-mesh for moisture-wicking wear — your choice by style and use case.
How do I care for or wash them?
Machine wash cold, inside out, and tumble dry low or hang dry. This protects both the fabric and the embroidery or print over repeated washes.
